- Over 20 years of senior management experience in the financial industry including serving as bank president and CEO
- CEO of wholly-owned subsidiary organizations in the businesses of residential and multi-family mortgage banking, real estate, insurance, etc.
- Started many new businesses including financial institutions and discount brokerage as well as managed acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, IPO's and capitalization's
- Provided consulting to public and private sectors in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, asset valuation and due diligence
- Responsible for taking over, managing and subsequently selling failed banks for US Government with overall responsibility for over $15 billion in assets in 6 state region
- Managing Partner for two joint venture partnerships with three partner firms; established multi-state locations and grew organization from zero to over 1500 employees in less than 6 months
- Responsible for global strategic and business plans for financial industry business unit of international IT company; managed relationships in Asia, Australia, South America and Europe
